At Raha Medical Services Center, we are committed to providing a well-organized and high-quality medical experience for all our clients. Therefore, a clear policy has been put in place to regulate appointments for home visits and medical services in a way that ensures the best benefit for the client and efficient service delivery.
Please review the following policy before confirming your booking:
First: Reschedule the appointment
- The customer can request to reschedule the appointment 24 hours or more before the visit for individual services and the first visit within packages.
- If a rescheduling request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, the visit may not be rescheduled due to availability.
- Rescheduling the second visit and subsequent visits within the packages is subject to the available appointment policy and the medical team's scheduling.
Second: Cancellation Policy
Individual services and first visit included in packages
- When requesting cancellation 24 hours or more before the appointment:
- 25% of the service value is deducted as a non-refundable operating fee.
- The remaining amount is kept as a credit for the customer that can be used later for any of the center's services.
The following visits are included in the packages.
- When requesting cancellation 24 hours or more before the appointment:
- 50% of the visit value is deducted as a non-refundable operating fee.
- The remaining amount is transferred to a balance within the customer's account for later use.
Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance
- If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the visit:
- The visit is considered completely cancelled.
- The amount is not refunded or transferred to credit.
Third: Non-attendance policy
- If the client does not attend or does not respond to the medical team during the scheduled visit and after 15 minutes have passed from the scheduled time:
- The visit is considered cancelled.
- The session fee is not refunded or converted into credit.
